We have a purpose-built Barista & Latte Art Training Room in our roastery. Our trainer Lucas Seng (SCA Irish Latte Art Champion) will hold training sessions starting at 10am on the last Saturday of the month. Places are limited to four people and cost €100 per person (from 4/5 hours). 

This hands-on barista training is designed to give students a solid foundation in coffee knowledge, espresso extraction, milk texturing, and essential latte art skills. By the end of the course, students will understand how to work efficiently behind a coffee bar and produce consistent, high-quality drinks. Students will leave with a JTH Barista & Latte Art Certificate.
