This regional blend hails from the lush highlands of Huila, one of Colombia’s most celebrated coffee regions. Comprising carefully selected lots from smallholder farms, this coffee showcases the combined excellence of producers who uphold traditional and sustainable farming practices. The nutrient-rich volcanic soil, temperate climate, and consistent rainfall provide optimal growing conditions for high-quality Arabica.

Each contributing farm handpicks and processes cherries using time-honoured washed methods, ensuring consistency and clarity in every cup. This collective effort captures the diverse terroir of southern Colombia in a beautifully balanced and aromatic profile.
